We ship all over the world including US, Mexico and Japan. We try to focus on more domestic customers here in the US looking for certain inventory of products.
3. Do you work with a supplier?
Yes! We work with Entertainment Earth Distribution. All product that are sold are directly out of the manufacture. No preowned products what so ever!
4. What are some upcoming products we should be on the lookout for?
We have multiple different products that will arrive on our shop in do time. We primary try to focus on Funko but will include different items like keychains, clothing and item accessories for funko pops.
5. What makes you different from the competition?
When it comes to pricing we are top notch. As well as our shipping gaurenteed policy. As we said many companies don't take pride in shipping their products effectively, but we do!
6. What happens if an order is lost?
We will ship out the same order (if still in stock) or exchange your order for a different one free of charge!
7. Do you have a refund policy?
Yes! If you wish to return your order in 30 days of receiving your item you may. We only accept returns if the item you ordered is damaged or mistakenly you receive the wrong item. *For damaged items, proof must be sent in order for a refund to be given*.
